During this unplanned trip, I tried to cast of my fear of using shutter mode since it always came out dark. C & C are most welcomed. We got there right after the rain, just about time for the Asr prayer.

Beautiful visitors

It has been a while since last update anything. Not sure my skills has been improved or not, but this is my latest shot. It so true that photography can be very therapeutic. I've notice that I am now more aware of my surroundings, my home to exact. I have never known that there are so many species of butterflies that frequent my house. I've noticed at least 6 species now. Not to mention any other bugs. Maybe I'll shoot some leeches too.

The Maiden Shot

I've just got myself my first DSLR (EOS 550D) about 2 weeks ago. Haven't got the hang of it yet. Got so excited, test it on the day i bought it. Not quite the best shot, but i'm ok with it. After all , it is the very first time I ever use a DSLR :P. Hopefully I'll crack this gadget soon.
